ACTIVE LISTENING




Listening is very important to avoid the kind of problems that prevent the message from being understood. Active listening can help avoid conflict.Active listening is a way of listening and responding to another person that improves mutual understanding. This technique is a structured form of listening and responding that focuses the attention on the speaker. The listener must pay attention to attend to the speaker fully,then repeats what he or she has said in our own words.

Furthermore,active listening tends to open people up, to get them to say more.This can help to make relationships become stronger.When somebody are in conflict,he or she often contradict each other. The listener are honoring the other person. So,this can build trust with them.

Active listening will make studying later so much easier.In conclusion,"Active Listening" skills play a substantial role in diffusing tension between people, and fostering intimacy instead.
